Homemade Ice Cream

This past weekend, I decided to make homemade ice cream in my ice cream maker.  I purchased a strawberry mix from a grocery store and mixed it with whole milk and fresh chopped strawberries with some sugar and a little water.  After all ingredients were added, they were mixed in the ice cream maker and frozen.

The ice cream came out good but is not at smooth and creamy as I would like.  It tastes more like a light ice cream.

I have concluded that I will continue to look online for other recipes and keep trying new recipes until I find one that my family and I will love because it really does not take much time to make your own homemade ice cream.
